”The hotel is new and clean”

”We slept well and our dog approved of his sleep as well. This facility has an indoor pool, however, it is apparently only open "seasonally". Expedia did not disclose this. Cleanliness here was subpar. Sheets/blankets/curtains are stained, furniture (night stands, desk, TV stand, etc) need more than just the tops wiped down as they are obviously dirty with dried fluids, etc. on them) There were no extra rolls of toilet paper, there were no extra towels, and the 2 "bath towels" that were...

”We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy.”

Parking with multiple entrances provides easy access but only one elevator at one end of a very long hallway. Comfortable bed and no feather pillows which I very much appreciate. ”We really enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were placed right next to each other even though one was last second and booked months after. The beds were soft and comfortable. Nice air conditioning units. Rooms looked exactly like the photos, and even though you can only get into the rooms with your keycards they still come with two additional locks which made us feel very secure.
