The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Impossible to contact hotel-tried for over an hour before eventually getting through on a mobile. Restaurant closed. Have to book in via online system no more than 3 hours beforehand to get access to car park and room including govt approved documents-I was driving down from Manchester so impossible ..."
