”I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading...

”Lovely cottage in the Main Street of Haworth, within walking distance of the Brontë parsonage. The cottage was cosy, beautifully decorated, well equipped and very clean - it’s spread over 3 floors. We had a very comfortable stay and the owner was very helpful, communicating all the essential info to us by email beforehand. Would recommend ”

”Room exceeded my expectations, the only comment I have that when I tried to check in, my key didn't work and it took a while until I found someone/someone picked up the phone. And when came back from the spa, restaurant/bar was already closed (just after 9) which meant I couldn't order any room service. Aside from that - the room was PERFECT.”
