”Sunshine is a very great little place to stay in Surf City. Views from the balcony were great, and made for fun mornings and evenings watching the ocean! The zero entry pool was perfect for our 1 year old grand daughter to walk into with us, and the beach access here is also very easy to use. We did have a little hiccup with the linens (you have to rent your own from a separate service) but Hunt made it right and helped us out. We would definitely stay here again.”

”I can't say enough about my and my wife's stay at the condo. John is a courteous and thoughtful host. It was so comfortable and stocked with amenities that we hardly left the condo. One of my favorites was the massage chair. The view was breathtaking; you could see beaches on both sides. We have been to many places, but this stay was equal to going to a Caribbean island. We felt safe and secure. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and forget about the everyday stressors in...

Was a great sIze for husband and myself. 2 young kids would be comfortable on hallway bunks. Beach was the first weekend in May but I do see it being crowded in the peak season!”
