”Property has a terrific view, Only issue was the baseboard heaters. Only a few worked. We did figure out the electric heater in living room could be used to supplement heat. No instructions for using the elect, heater. Everything else was great.”

”Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. ”

”John's condo at the Villa Capriani is a great place to stay. The facility was very clean and has everything that's needed to stay except food However. The Splash restaurant has great food with a variety of food to suit everyone. Located facing the ocean and overlooking the pool area makes it a perfect place to stay. The Villa Capriani gives you security with wrist bands to get in and out of the pool area. Topsail is a great place to get away and relax. I would highly recommend John's...

”This condo is amazing. It's better than the photos. The house was clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions even on a holiday. I would suggest quests be prepared to bring ALL your paper products and condiments. Overall, my family enjoyed the house tremendously. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and grilling out in the evening. So fun! ”
