”Interesting bulding. It has been updated quite a bit but still has old building features. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. It was perfect for just stepping off the train late in the day.”

”Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early.”

”I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S....

”The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine.”

”Huone oli melko pieni, jääkaappi ja mikro plussaa. Suihku ka vessa oli huoneessa, suihkukaappi oli kovin pieni. Yhteiskeittiö oli koko ajan jollakin lakanoiden kuivaushuoneena.”

”Booked the highland hotel but it was the Brentwood I had the room in,I don’t think there is a highland hotel now. Room was okay to just sleep in, more like a hostel”

”We reserved a quadruple room (1 big bed + bunk bed) for 3 guests, but the room was prepared only for one guest (no linen in the bunk bed and only one towel). Otherwise a good deal with a great location.”
