Accommodation located near the owner's house with a shared swimming pool (pool accessible from the terrace, child supervision required; the pool is not fenced). Lake Lamartine is 1 km away (walks). Toulouse is 18 km away: without a car, you can reach the cottage by taking the train to Portet-Saint-Simon, then bus number 47, getting off at the Jean Marais stop. The Roques shopping center (Leclerc, Ikea, etc.) is a 10-minute bike ride away. Muret is 6 km away: Aqualudia aquatic center. The Garonne River is 2 km away: Via Garona hiking trail, Way of St. James. Small, air-conditioned cottage, all Garonne pebbles, enclosed garden, parking in the courtyard (with a locked gate). On the ground floor: entrance into the living room (double sofa bed), fireplace (insert), kitchen area, shower room with WC, terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom accessible by a narrow staircase (1 double bed 140cm) with balcony/terrace. Height of 1m just at the top of the stairs then possibility of standing at more than 1m80 in the bedroom. Electric heating/air conditioning included. Large dogs not allowed. Small cottage built entirely from Garonne pebbles with a shared pool and enclosed garden, 18 km southwest of the historic center of the capital of the Southwest. Air conditioning for summer comfort!
