Accommodation with a shared heated swimming pool (5x10m). You'll appreciate settling into this cottage, converted from a former farmhouse. You'll have a small private terrace and a large, landscaped garden (not fenced) shared with the owners and guests of the adjoining cottage (separate access). There's also a protected pond, a swing set, and bicycles. A 70m² reception room (with fireplace) is available for festive events. Parking is provided. This adjoining cottage has 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, arranged over 2 levels: - on the ground floor: a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 80cm) - Bedroom 2: (2 double beds 140cm + 1 single bed 80cm) separated by a shower room (shower with jets and washbasin), bench seat.
