Cocoonr is offering this former farmhouse, renovated in 2023, with open-air swimming pool and multi-sports pitch, for rent. Situated on the hillsides of Toulouse, in the middle of sunflower fields, you'll enjoy enchanting peace and quiet and uninterrupted views as far as the Pyrenees.

With a floor area of 285 m², this house can accommodate up to 11 people and comprises a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms arranged over two floors and three bathrooms, all surrounded by a garden of around 3,000 m².

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 36 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, large dining table, fireplace, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A first bedroom with twin beds forming a king-size bed (180×200) and a small wash-hand basin.
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private washbasin area
- A third bedroom with a single bed
- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- A bathroom with bath and WC
- A laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line, iron, etc.

First floor:
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an extendable sofa bed
- A 32 m² master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a large office for teleworking
- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- A games room with library, TV, DVD player, board games, Playmobil, etc.
- A large room under the roof with a table tennis table

The house is ideally located in Belbèze-de-Lauragais, in a very peaceful setting, just 5 minutes from Montgiscard, a typical village with its bell tower and Sunday market, where you'll find a wide range of shops and services, as well as a shopping centre.

What to do:
The region lends itself to many sporting and recreational activities: visits to the cities of Toulouse (30min) and Carcassonne (50min), bike rides along the Canal du Midi, mountain walks (the Pyrenees are an hour's drive away).

How to get there:
Two entrances with remote-controlled gates give access to the property with space to park several vehicles, in addition to the double garage with electric car connection.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau SNCF station, about 35 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport is about a 30-minute drive away.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any damage or fault that may accidentally occur during your stay must be reported to the concierge before departure, failing which the security deposit will be retained.
- All children swimming must be under the responsibility of an adult. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (many steps).
- A security camera is installed at the entrance to the house, covering the outside area leading to the entrance to the accommodation.
