”No customer service what so ever and the male at the desk has a terrible attitude.”

”This s was a wonderful place to stay. It was easy to get into and back from the City. The room was clean and comfortable and everyone who worked there were kind and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

”The room was clean but sparse and with minimal sound insulation. There is only the bathroom mirror which made sharing space to get ready a challenge. The property requires a $269 “deposit hold” at check-in that was not disclosed prior to arrival and a card for incidentals but there is nothing on the property that would generate incidentals. There are no amenities in the hotel- only a lobby coffee maker and microwave. Nothing in the room. Shabby lobby furniture. I won’t stay here again.”

”It has good location on quiet street. Free parking. Excellent service on front desk. The hotel was dated, but pretty clean. Earplugs are must. Breakfast is free, it includes coffee, bread, eggs and cereals. The hotel bit pricey for value, but i think in SF it might be difficult to find good hotels for decent price. Overall this is OK place for few days stay ”

”Staff are excellent, attentive, helpful, kind, caring. Bed was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel and I travel 2 times a month. Wonderful location near busses, near Union Square, and near very reasonable restaurants. Breakfast is very good.”

”There were no staff at the property when I arrived but was soon able to access the code for the room, efficiently from the customer service number. The room was clean and well lit with plenty of storage space for a short stay, clean towels, shower and bed sheets were crisp white. Close to bus stops and parking at the property ample. Quite low key vibe”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”The room was very spacious with a morning nook to boot! Great view. Walls in bedroom are solid but you can hear neighbors through the bathroom. Spoke with many staff members and all were attentive and pleasant. Definitely a go to future spot for our family!”

”Parking is limited and it's first come, first serve. But we found a handicapped parking space, which I am, and right in front of our room. Perfect! The room itself was perfectly clean, no issues whatsoever. I had requested a bottom floor room because I'm handicapped and they have no elevators to reach the upper floors. He had one waiting for me, excellent room, no issues whatsoever. As far as the surrounding area, upper middle class neighborhood, plenty of shops to visit and great food...
