”Wendy, at the front desk, really made our trip so pleasant and memorable! She was so personable and went out of her way to help us with any questions. You can always ask if you need more towels, coffee, or a room refresh. The room was extremely quietwhich as a light sleeper. I appreciated. The hotel is in a mall so it is so easy to run over to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s if you need any snacks. And there are great restaurants also within a two minute walk- so the location is perfect! ”The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. ”

”Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. ”

”This place is so gross. Walking into the lobby weed smell. Rooms smell horrible even tho its a "non smoking room". It still smell like an ashtray and like mold, everything was dirty and old looking. Loud people outside with the "security" guy. Beds.... One was hard as a rock, the other one sank to the floor. Don't be fooled with the nice pics of this nasty place. I'm so grossed out. When I checked out.. they didn't bother to ask how was my stay. I'm sure they knew. This place needs to be closed...

”When the reservation was made, the request was two beds in the room. But during the arrival, a king bed and sofa was made available. I kept asking but my request was ignored. A towel rack was broken and pieces were left on the floor. No dishes/utensils or towels were in the room.”

”Do not stay here if you want a clean or safe location. I checked out not even 30 mins after arriving because I did not want to subject my family in staying here nor did I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here for 2 nights without getting my room or car broken into. The check in receptionist was nice and friendly despite being very busy, that was the only positive experience. Everything else went down hill fast. Property: Dog crap through out the complex. One elevator did not work which...
