”Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. ”

”I cannot believe this is an Embassy Suites, let alone an Embassy Suites in the Biltmore! Check in staff was obnoxious, even though we prepaid the hotel in full. The rooms are so dated there are permanent stains in the porcelain. Pool is a pathetic little rectangle. Their guest reception was so understaffed, we were only able to get one drink instead of two. Absolutely the only positive is the location, and owners have zero pride. ”

”Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!”

”There was a ton of block mold in the bathroom and there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower and they failed to disclose that they didn't have hot water when I checked in. Absolutely unacceptable! This place was terrible. ”

”The Global Ambassador is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and extremely well appointed right down to the Dyson hairdryers. Excellent service complimentary the beautiful property. A+ luxury hotel.”

”Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. There is also a half bathroom off the living room. Good communication prior to our arrival. However, when we arrived, we noticed that the shower head in the master bath was not working. Took 4 days and help from Expedia. The property manager required multiple videos and texts to show that it was broken. It was only when...
