”The room was ready, clean and comfortable. Rather large. Air conditioning in room did not seem to work. Got s little warm overnight. Elevators had outages which led to some small waits. Casino was fun. All employees (check in, cleaning staff, casino staff and bistro) were friendly and helpful.”

”The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. ”I chose it because of the price. You get what you paid for. A dated hotel that needs updating and maintenance, a working breakfast buffet, better ventilation. Too bad since it’s is big, had a large pool, and has a good location with not a lot of hotel options in the area.”

”We had a large group coming at all different times from different parts of the country and every team member was kind, accommodating, smart and so helpful! What a nice job everyone did!”

”We booked a non-smoking room and got the opposite. The whole building smelled of cigarettes! The bathtub was dirty; the window screen was broken and so was the security bar.”

”They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all.”
