”Way too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Location is good. Called them three times over three days to provide information they requested. I never received a call back from any of the three messages I left. ”

”Checked into my first room and the toilet was used, absolutely disgusting for the price I paid.”

”The worst stay! The beds were so uncomfortable that you can actually hear and feel the springs. I was lucky to get any sleep at all considering I got there around 10:30pm and was up all day and driving forhours.The carpets were questionable. Water stains/hole on ceiling. The shower ceilings were sooo low that it was hard to take a proper shower. The only positive was the workers were friendly. They probably felt bad for the people that paid to stay at this hotel. I didn’t mention anything...

”This place is super outdated. The curtains had holes and water was dripping out. The towels are kids sizes and there were only two towels when we were 4 guests. I requested a non smoking room but the room I got smell like cigarettes. Only one channel works on the tv. The fridge is not secured so it shifts every time you open it. The queen beds are actually full size. The rug is super old. The coffee area at the lobby is “out of order”.This place needs a major update and Def not worth $150 per...

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
