”Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

”Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK.”

”I was treated very poorly. I had reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived, they had already given it to someone else and didn't have any more available; they gave me a room with just one bed instead. My son had to sleep curled up on the floor on a cot. The staff at the front desk treated me very badly—there is a young man named Stiven who needs to learn some manners; he is very rude to customers. I have no desire to return to that place or recommend it.”

”The hotel is “bright” which is very appealing. Especially the hallways. Everything is kept immaculate. Friendly staff. Clean. Free laundry is great perk.”

”Place was dirty. Walls were plaster and old and dirty. Exterior doors opened with brick holding them open. No safety cautions. NO AMENITIES AT ALL”

”Well maintained hotel with beautiful interior and exterior. Customer service was great with a quick response when called from the room. I needed to change my room and it was done without any issues. The food was good.”
