”Great location between the town centre and train station. There is no reception desk, so be sure to have the code to gain entry to the building and your room. Having to enter the same code 4 times was annoying, and a bit difficult at night in low light, but the keyless system works. I was lucky to have a corner suite and found it very comfortable and clean. The toiletries were also nice. If I were to return to Warrington again, I would like to stay there again. ”

Arrived on Friday evening around 19:30ish and the person on duty saw I was having trouble locating ny booking at the self check-in area and promptly found my reservation and welcomed me to my stay with a genuine engaging attitude and explained all the details of the room and amenities for my stay. ”Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. Definitely recommend. ”

”Hotel was rather new. For nowadays standard the roof of room was not finished, which make me feel a little disappointed for the price. Also bathroom solution for controls and shower parts were quite challanging. Also the served breakfast was quite challanging for traveling as business. By other hand, the hotel itself is quite well located, very refreshing with style and personel was very friendly. I would suggest to those who travel with time.”

”The staff was friendly during our stay. But there was some check-in fee despite an online check-in and using a self-service machine? (3 pounds; so even if we didn't go to a desk, we were still charged on top of the actual booking cost that we paid to stay at the hotel) There were stains on walls, curtains and the table, but the carpet/floor and sheets/beds were clean. Bathroom was also clean. However, there were no toiletries (this was a surprise for a hotel) ”

”The hotel and facilities are really nice. We used the pool which was great too! The only thing I would say which wasn’t obvious for us on booking is there’s an extra charge to use the pool facilities.”

”Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was absolutely massive! Food in restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful. All in all we had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Only downside is that the hotel is further out of town than you think. Took us about 20-25 minutes to walk from hotel to Albert Dock.”
