”The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great staff. My only reason not to return is the elevator is a far distance from any exterior door, between the steps, ramps and distance , this location was not handicap friendly for us.”

”There was refurbishing throughout the first floor which was not disclosed to us when we made our reservation. Also loud clientele fighting throughout the night.”

”Good area. Property clean and well arranged. Had a room with a roll in shower. Dumb set up. Shower curtain stopped 12 inches above the floor. Water EVERYWHERE except heading toward the floor drain. Cold water in the sink - a trickle. ”

”Easy check in, rooms were immaculate with comfortable, clean beds, shower had great water pressure. We used this as a stop going and coming during our trip to the Gulf shores and would highly recommend. ”

”Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean.”

”I guess the worst thing was we were on the second floor with no elevator and I have a bad leg. When we asked to be on the first floor, it wasn’t available. The room was clean. I didn’t really see the staff much. It was OK, but we won’t book there again. ”

”Old, smelled like greasy fried food. Doors at entrance did not open automatically which made it difficult to use the little luggage racks. Tall racks would improve moving luggage. ”

”This hotel has seen better days and that is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars, because any physical shortcomings were made up for by the extremely polite and helpful staff!! The surrounding area was great too, lots of shopping and dining options and beautiful safe streets.”

”I was so disappointed with this place that I don't even have the energy to write it all, let alone know where to begin. I would never stay here again. I regret not having read reviews prior to booking. This is a place you stay at if you have no other options.”

”Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. The next morning i went to shower and the whole...

”It’s was nice that they had a bar next door food was good place alittle outdated. The hotel outside was ok . The room was nice but they never came to our room to clean had to ask for extra TP and towels . Everything was within 15 min drive so good location. Overall for the price it was good”
