”The King suite was on point and delivered the space, that included desk space, and cleanliness expected. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Definitely recommend for business and personal travel. Only comment would be the room is echo”y” due to the Lving space having hard floors.”

”I had mixed feelings about my stay. The biggest issue was the hotel's parking situation and ongoing renovations. Parking was extremely inconvenient, and the construction created significant delays and timing issues throughout my visit. ”We enjoyed four nights at the Hyatt in Brentwood. Quiet and safe location. Good breakfast. Most friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. You don't often find this at less than 100.00 per night.”

”The pool was down for repair. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly except for somebody that was working second shift. I could not find out if my reservation was still there or not and was a little worried until I got there. The second shift person was not very helpful.”

”The hotel was fine but it had an odd smell even after changing rooms twice , the smell of cigarette was strong throughout the hotel especially in the rooms. The toaster was super dirty. Everything else was fine just kind of an old hotel vibe but not a problem other than the strong smell.”

”I booked via Expedia for 10 days. The basis of this booking was the availability of the pool. Upon check-in, a staff member noticed the length of my stay and advised that the pool was out of order. I asked for a full refund. The Manager was called in and was very hostile, saying that someone should fix it in a few days and things happen. I insisted that I was not spending my 10 day vacation without this amenity. She then said that I need to pay the rate for one night, whether I use it or not,...

”it was a basic room to lay your head in, but there was pink nail polish like stuff stuck to the stand, mattresses had dirty spots (yes i check that stuff), our tv had no signal, and our hot water didnt work at all. granted we were only staying a weekend and not for an extended period of time, but had we been i wouldve been extremely upset with these basic amenities not working.”

”The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.”

”Warning: My room smelled so bad like a cigar they had to bring in fans, but not only that I had some type of what appeared to be body fluid on the wall. The toilet was broken and no shower curtain were the main issues. I contacted Expedia and sent them pics but they couldn’t refund me because the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone. Then when the hotel agreed to me personally they would refund me, they never contacted Expedia. I had two rooms rented in this hotel. Do not go!!”
