”Savanna was extremely helpful with the check-in and helping me find a local vendor for a special job I needed printed. Overall the entire staff was very accomodating!”

”Nice hotel with a fun waterslide. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order. I made a mistake when booking my room and chose a single queen bed room when I thought that I had selected a room with 2 queen beds. I compounded the error by signing the paperwork without noting that it said one queen bed. (I wish the employee had confirmed my reservation verbally as is done at many other hotels / motels.) When I noticed that are room only had one queen bed, I asked to change to a 2 queen bed...

”Arrived just before 9:00pm. Big line waiting to check in. Everyone was being told that rooms weren’t ready. After I paid, was told that it would be quite a while before my room would be ready. Was initially told I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. At 11:00pm I was finally able to cancel with refund and go somewhere else. I still haven’t received my refund yet.”

”Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area. ”

”I booked the room as I was returning to California after being in Bellingham, WA . What o found was a building in construction without the name I expected. Apparently, the building ownership was changing as was the management, the name, etc. changes were under construction as they were booking rooms. After driving 9+ hours, not what I was expecting. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean, new carpet, furnishings. There were obvious updates except the bathtub which was...
