”Outstanding property, superb service, best breakfast!!!”

”Hyvät unet todella keskeisellä paikalla. ”

”Really enjoyed our stay. The character in the bar/restaurant of this old ferry house building was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!”

”The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful meal - the duck was very good as was the seafood risotto. Breakfast was also great. The location was beautiful! A small lighthouse across from the property as well as a small castle further down. Had a wonderful morning walk along the water and fond by the castle! A perfect autumn walk.”

”Nice hotel with a cosy room. I was suspicious about the shower at fist, but it worked perfectly. No luxury, but well worth the price we paid. I can recommend this hotel.”

”Clean room, well situated. Door controlled entry which means no early check-in if there early.”

”Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. First, upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the sitting room, which was very nice. But there was no direction for what we should do after. We were not offered assistance with bags at check-in, so we went to fetch our own bags after we finished our drinks. ”Friendly receptionist, help me sorting out the TV remote control, unfortunately the TV still didn't work. One of the ceilings lights kept on flickering and only went off when I took the key card out of its slot. As it was passed midnight I didn't bother to go downstairs to ask it be sorted. There were not staff around in the morning so couldn't do it then either. Otherwise nice comfy, clean room.”

”Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.”

”The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, large and had everything needed. The bathroom was small but adequate, the linens were large and fluffy. The breakfast, which was extra, we felt was good for the price paid. And consisted of cold items and a menu of hot items.”

”Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was small, but well organized and thoughtfully appointed. A great value, really.”

”Ardtona exceeded all of our expectations! The space was immaculate, comfortable, and set in a breathtaking location. Karen is a stellar host—so friendly, communicative, and attentive to every detail. Her hospitality truly elevated our trip. If you’re looking for a perfect stay in Scotland, look no further. We will definitely be back!”
