”Very nice host. The location is in walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The room was nice. The bed was so comfy! Beautiful Italian breakfast in the morning. Would recommend. ”
”We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived we found that our room was kind of small. I asked for a larger room and the front staff was very accommodating, allowing us to change to a larger room the following day. They even moved our luggage so that when we returned after a boat excursion, at 7:30 PM, everything was there!
The breakfast is very nice and the cappuccino is excellent!
In addition the cleaning staff is very thorough.

”I visited Trapani with my boyfriend at the end of February and I have to say that staying at La Gancia was a vey nice experience, the lady working there was very nice and she spoke English well and she helped us a lot with finding places and with the taxi and car rental. The other staff was nice as well. Eating breakfast on the inside terrace with a view to the sea was delightful. We were always greeted in a friendly way by everyone working at the hotel. La struttura è molto ben situata per girare Trapani a piedi.
La nostra camera era molto confortevole, ben decorata, in perfetto stato, pulita e molto tranquilla.

”The hotel is superbly located close to two busy streets with shops, bars & restaurants, yet the street where the hotel is was quiet. Be warned, there's an excellent bakery just around the corner, very hard to resist! Also the beach is only a short walk away. The room was spacious & clean complete with air-con and cooking possibility if you're up to it. They waited for us when we arrived from a late flight in the middle of the night and the check-in was smooth. The personnel was super friendly...

I needed to follow the directions and park below the hotel but instead followed the gps and wedged the rental literally between the rock and the hard place.
Service bailed me out of the scrape!
Walking around town was great.
