”The size of the room was good, compared to some other Manhattan hotels. The staff was A+, but the building itself had some issues: the elevators (both) broke down at the same time, water pressure in the shower was low, and it took some time to get some warm water. Breakfast was little modest, coffee/tea etc., bagels, and muffins. Over all, location is good (subway stations near), the staff is friendly, and if you can live with waiting for awhile getting a hot shower, I'd choose this hotel again.”

”Perfect! That is the word to describe my whole stay in Concorde Hotel New York. Hotel location is really good. I was staying in Deluxe Room, City View, and it was really beautiful and comfortable. Super clean room with deep soaking bath, comfy bed, Nespresso coffee machine and nice views. Hotel customer service and housekeeping where perfect! Thank you all! "The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
