”Was the perfect place for a weekend getaway!”

”The condo was not very clean. Floors were very dirty . The condo is not fully equipped . There is one pot and frying pan. Dishwasher didn’t work whole time we were there. We didn’t get any check in instructions I had to text and ask about everything ( door code, WiFi…)”

”The location of the place was great, but it really needs to be updated inside. The mattress is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom need upgrading as they are very basic. We had a great time, loved Vero Beach and the location of our rental.”

”Nice little apartment in a great location with a lot of old time Florida charm. Layout of the apartment was a little weird but it was a monthly stay so you get used to it. The place was sold and closed on during our stay but the original host (Kim) was wonderful and made sure the turnover did not affect us. The new manager (Daniela) is also very nice and open to our thoughts on any improvements that we would recommend.”

”Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again.”

”I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend!”

”The Surfrider property was as shown on the listing, the bed was comfortable, and the mini-split air conditioning units kept it plenty cool. Great spot if you want to be right near downtown Vero.”

”Lovely comfortable unit. Location was good for our travel needs. Only suggestions . Need extra dish soap, and a small broom, and dusk pan would be helpful for the floors to tidy up for longer stays”
