Asunto Bella Vista Mezzegrassa on tyylikäs koti, jolla on pääsy uima-altaalle ja joka sijaitsee vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä lähimmältä lautalle - autoa ei tarvita täällä. Kuitenkin jos haluat ajaa autotalliamme, talossa on 2 autoa. 3 makuuhuonetta, nykyaikainen olohuone, tilava keittiö, moitteettomasti esitetty kylpyhuoneen terassi ulkona ruokailuun ja auringonottoon. Suuri uima-allas rentoutuaksesi tai polttaaksesi ne ylimääräiset kalorit herkulliselta paikalliselta italialaiselta fayrilta! Tyylikäs järvinäköala elävä. Moderni olohuone, mukava monipuolinen L-muotoinen sohva ruokailu sisä- tai ulkoilmassa. Televisio UK Freesat HD: llä ja monilla radioasemilla, kuten Radio 4. Blu-ray-DVD-soitin. Varustettu keittiö kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa molemmissa suihku ja wc. Kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta (yksi jokaisessa kerroksessa) sekä kahden hengen huone. Kierreportaat (ei sovellu lapsille, vanhuksille tai vammaisille) johtavat alakertaan toiseen kahden hengen huoneeseen, jossa on tilava olohuone, 2 tuolia. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la vue était parfaite et l'eplacement idéal. Petit problème pour la cuisine qui ne contient pas assez d'assiettes, couverts, verres, poêles etc.. ce qui nous obligeait à faire la vaisselle tout les jours

Lieu très joli et vue magnifique mais météo catastrophique

Très belle vue depuis l'appartement, terrasse agréable. Piscine de résidence. Garage appréciable. Appartement situé sur la route verte qui permet d'aller à pied de village en village, très appréciable. Malheureusement nous avons eu sur cette dernière semaine de juillet une météo catastrophique avec 5 jours d'orages et de pluies diluviennes. Du jamais vu dans la région qui a demandé à ce que soit reconnu l'état de catastrophe naturelle. Résultats : trempés tous les jours ou presque et difficile de profiter vraiment de la beauté du site. Dommage car sinon l'endroit est magnifique

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Blick auf den Comer See und die Berge ist einzigartig.

Everything was a steep walk away, we came just out of season so pool wasnt ready and some restaurants etc nt all open yet. Local shops are limited, supermarket in como better. Apartment has everything you need although sorting the bins are a pain as there are so many local recycling requirements.

Oh my, what a view!!

Unbeatable view. Perfect location, I suggest unless you're a hiker, you'll need a car. Lenno ferry port 5 minutes, supermarket 7 minutes and so much more. Lenno just lovely, great market on Tuesday for clothes bags shoes and a real Italian atmosphere on the Lake's edge. Ferry boat to Bellagio, Como and Vareena so simple. We rented a self drive boat, in Lenno for 6, for 4 hours, just 150 Euros.....best day ever. Outstanding views and swimming in Lake Como. Villa nice, well equipped. The double room downstairs was not my favourite with a steep narrow spiral staircase and no natural light but it was cool and decorated attractively. Shared pool a real bonus and so quiet. Would have loved to give 5 stars but for a few points that could easily be resolved. The beds were not the most comfortable, maybe OK if you like your bed very firm. The pillows and duvets, stored in the wardrobes, had no covers which wasn't pleasant and not hygienic. The rubbish situation was a real downer for me. Como is immaculate and stunningly beautiful and for this there are strict rubbish regulations. That's good. You had to recycle and put the rubbish out on set nights, no problem. However on check out we had to take all remaining rubbish, including smelly green food bags...….everything......2 bin liners full. Our cars were already bursting with luggage and people and we could not believe that the £125 cleaning fee did not cover this. Checking out is a stressful day, packing and cleaning and I found being told we needed to remove all rubbish to get our 350 Euro deposit back a sad way to end a lovely holiday. 4 cleaners arrived to blitz the villa surely they could take the rubbish, especially as no bin bags, or which there were 3 different coloured bags, were available at the villa. This could easily be resolved. Julie and Barrie text' us with ideas of what to do to make the most of the holiday which was invaluable meaning we saw lots and always on the best days. What would really help is a little map pointing out to you all the important locations, like supermarkets, ferry port, skips for rubbish, that way we'd know exactly were to take the rubbish and where to get the ferry, boat hire etc. Julie also at the end of the phone for any advice/issues. Will you have a lovely holiday? Yes. Will the view blow you away? Yes. Would I return....not sure you'll beat the view but the rubbish was no way to end a lovely holiday.

Great views from a comfortable apartmentt.

A steepish climb but worth it for the great views of Lake Como. Excellent and well-maintained pool. Difficult curving staircase to the bottom bedroom. Plenty of good local restaurants a 15 minute walk away.

Lovely views - tough walking

The apartment is beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of Lake Como. All mod cons are provided (including undercroft garaging), with the exception of a log-burner that appears to be for show only! Given we had a couple of cool evenings it would have been pleasant to be able to light it. The apartment complex is up on the hill in Mezzegra (claim to fame is that it is the village where Mussolini was executed in 1945 - the place is 400 yards away and marked with a cross!) and the walk from the main centre is a tough one on the way up. Eating in the evening and then walking back is not for the very young and old. A hire car is recommended. Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we would be unlikely to stay again. A hotel on the Lake would appear to be the better option as you have easier access to amenities and dining. Small gripe. The rubbish separation and collection is like a task on the Krypton Factor - with various types collected on different days. The owner/s of the Villa state that if any rubbish is left you will be charged 30 Euros. Given that they charge 125 Euros for cleaning (no small amount!), rubbish removal should really be included in that charge. When I stay at an hotel and leave rubbish in a bin, I'm not charged extra!

Best thing about the apartment is the view!

We stayed here recently with our teenage daughter and her friend. This apartment is in a lovely elevated position with fantastic views of the lake. It is in a quiet area and furnished nicely inside and was very clean. Lenno is a small village with some nice restaurants. In my opinion however it is not a practical walking distance to Lenno or Mezzegra...I took a walk one day and it took 10 minutes to get to Lenno which was great, however walking back up was another matter. It took a good 15-20 minutes and is a really steep and gruelling climb back up the hill. Not a walk you would want to do late in the evening after having eaten at a restaurant. It did feel like I was hiking up a mountain. There is a dedicated parking space in the garage below the apartment which is great but be aware you cannot get a large car in the space. We hired a Fiat 500 Large Model ( size of a VW Golf) and it just fitted. The third bedroom on the lower ground is spacious but has no windows or views and is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase so it was difficult for our daughter and her friend to get their suitcases down into the bedroom. There was also a power cut whilst we were there and we did not have the correct keys for the cupboard that housed the switches and my husband had to find another apartment owner to get access. Apparently using more than one appliance at the same time (kettle and hair straighteners or washing machine and dishwasher) had caused the electricity to trip which is rather impractical. Had it not been for these minor issues I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing views, beautiful property

Where do I start?! An absolutely stunning place, modern, clean and well equipped. The views were breathtaking, even during storms the view was amazing! The kids loved the pool, which was a godsend in the boiling hot weather. The three fans were well used, and the basement room was really cool in the hot weather. We loved Lenno, a short walk away, fabulous places to eat and drink- Albergo Lenno had fabulous food, and the service was outstanding. Our favourite was Bar il Golfo, the food and drink was really reasonably priced. Roy was so welcoming on our arrival, gave us lots of information and available for questions. We were so sad to leave, it truely was a perfect place, and we definitely will be returning. Thanks for the memories.😁

Fantastic stay on Lake Como

What a fantastic time in Lake Como, truly memorable and a breathtaking location. The accommodation itself was superb, well fitted out, spotlessly clean and a great location. The pool was superb and we used it every day, overall the whole experience was smooth and simple from beginning to end. Andrea (the transfer organised by Barrie and team) was waiting at the airport on our arrival, was very warm and friendly and gave us some great tips for our stay. Also spot on for our departure from Milan Centrale station to Florence - please pass on our gratitude. Same to be said for Roy and Fabiana - really nice people, well organised and so friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to everyone!!!

Beautiful

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Very clean and comfortable, downstairs room is lovely and cool, but stairs not suitable for young kids. Lenno has some great restaurants, we loved Bar Sport and Il Cris. The market on a Tuesday is worth a visit. The highlight for us was the boat trip over to Bellagio. Would love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay- would highly recommend it.

The property was lovely with fabulous views. The property suited us well was it has three double bedrooms- the first floor sharing a very good bathroom and the ground floor having an amazing suite. The views were unbelievable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here this autumn. The views were literally to die for and the home spacious and modern but perhaps even better than the photographs online. Highlights included the nearby village of Lenno which takes 10 minutes to walk to the centre and has an excellent supermarket, ferry and some authentic Italian restaurants (our favourite was Santa Stefano) Mezzegra also has a supermarket and some local bars, restaurant and café bar which we enjoyed as offered us a local atmosphere and insight. Will definitely return!

Views to die for!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here last spring time. The view from the home is breathtaking and we felt blessed to wake up to the scenery from our bedroom each morning. Lake Como is everything we wnated from a holiday, tranquil, beautiful and restful. Perhaps not for everyone if looking for more action but we enjoyed recharging our batteries and visiting the various villages and villages close by. Great location within easy walk of the lake, ferry, bars and restaurants. The home was exactly as described which is always a relief when booking a foreign property. I would not hesitate to return here.

Great view and perfect atmosphere!

Our team enjoyed the stay. Perfect view and great location, just really 10 minutes dowtown. Lenno is a cozy town with great atmosphere. The apartment bedrooms looked bigger on the pictures and as well we did not notice from the picture, one bedroom was fully in basement without window. overall - great service, we enjoyed Roy and Fabiana, who were very helpfull and arranged for us all we needed. big thanks and we can only recomend this stay.

Lake Como Holiday

We had a great stay at the apartment, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Roy and Fabiana were really welcoming, despite our arrival being much later than planned due to traffic. The apartment is really well appointed, clean and well maintained with great views over the lake and a very relaxing haven to return to at the end of the day. The apartment development is fairly quiet, and the pool was never busy when we visited. Being close to the lake its a short, but steep walk down to Lenno or Mezzegra with a ferry terminal at Lenno allowing access to the rest of the lake - we really enjoyed visiting Varenna and hope to come back one day....

What a wonderful place!!

We fell in love with Lake Como and this lovely apartment as soon as we arrived. From the minute we walked through the door we felt completely at home - the apartment was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and furnished and THAT VIEW!!​ It is so beautiful it doesn't look real. We had a fantastic holiday and explored both the lake via the brilliant ferry service from Lenno and nearby Switzerland by car. Our highlight was our two visits to Verrano and our lunches at Vecchia Verrano restaurant but Bellagio and Mennagio were also lovely. We ate wonderful food just about everywhere and experienced some amazing thunderstorms! It is the only holiday where we genuinely felt we could have stayed forever! A couple of potential issues to be aware of - firstly mosquitoes are a problem if you are the type of person they like to bite so take the usual precautions. Also the walk back from Lenno or Mezzegra village is quite steep - as are the steps on the apartment complex so this is not ideal for people with mobility problems. However, the walk back up burns off all those pizza calories and you can reward yourself with a glass of something cold and scrumptious on the terrace - admiring that beautiful view. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very nice apartment, with pnorama-view:-)

The listing and the dialog With Italian Rentals is Worth five stars. The Apartment and the surroundings is beautiful, we had a very Nice time in Mezzegra-area. The pool-area could be a little more clean, but no big deal;-) Will also recommend Il Cris restaurant and Turati Boat Rental in Argegno - five stars to both:-)
