”Tutto perfetto! ”

”Luxury! The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the lake and city. I would have loved to stay longer. Aside from being fairly near the train station and the Italian restaurant across the way, there isn't much nearby. We did hike the trail behind the hotel to the top of the mountain, and that was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful in coordinating and explaining our transit options to Lake Como.”

”We did not receive Anu information a bout hotel from in the check in. It took 2-3 minutes in desk and she (reception) took our passports and told after half an hour come take your pass. I paid 25 € for room decoration and a drink, for my husbands birthday, but the decoration was exactly for honey moon not for a birthday! So disappointed. Our fridge did not work for first day and after our report on second day still in evening the replacement on the floor was not anyway cold until evening third...

”Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Loistava aamupala, mukava henkilökunta, täysin uusi huone ja hieno näkymä järvelle. Ainoa miinus oli vaikeus löytää pysäköinti mutta tämä johtui siitä etten lukenut hotellin lähettämää viestiä.”

”Linjakas ja avara huone, samoin kuin yhteistilat. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen, erityisen runsaasti makeita leivonnaisia. Levein sänky koskaan missään tähän asti, varmaan kaksi metriä. Jonkin verran vaikeassa paikassa, paljon pikkuteitä ja liikenneympyröitä.”

”Hotel has excellent location just next to center of Como shopping streets and by the lake. Views are nice, you can hear the traffic but it is not disturbing. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and beds are good. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen- limited amount of items but superb quality, good special coffees available, fresh berries, high end yoghurt, fresh bread and croissants etc.... You get always parking spot either in the yard or garage, convenient to travel...

”Great hotel in a amazing location! Excellent customer service and the hotel breakfast was really varied and tasty. Saunas, pools, tennis and basketball court were a great addition to the services.”

”We spent three nights here and liked the stay very much. We had a room with mountain view and the views are absolutely stunning! Spa is also very good with inside and outside pools. Would definately recommed this Hotel for anyone!”

”Kaikintavoin hyvä ja laadukas hotelli keskustassa, parvekenäköala järvelle upea. Huone hieman vanhanaikaisesti sisustettu, sänky erinomainen! Minibaari pettymys, vain limonadia ja vettä, hieman outoa, aina pieni kynnys alkaa tilata huonepalvelusta. Kaikissa muissa ruokailupaikoissa hyvä ruoka paitsi pääravintolassa (La Veranda), jossa pääruoka oli lähes ala-arvoinen, kala mauton ja sitkeä (Sol meuniere), ei todellakaan vastannut odotuksia ja huimaa hintaa! Ainoa miinus mutta varsin suuri!”
