One of the most beautiful places on the earth
Good, actually excellent location in the middle of Como's main sights and only short walk from boat pier. Clean and spacious room, free parking in front of the building Good breakfast and nice service at main hotel. But the bed was stone hard and noise insulation nonexistent, in addition to that closing the main door made the bed jump. This, of course, is problem only in the first floor... Yes, there's a pool. I wouldn't use it for swimming, some service required.

Mukava huoneistohotelli kivassa pikku kylässä. Kannattaa panostaa järvinäköalaan. Päähotellilla ystävällinen palvelu ja hyvät yhteydet pitkin järveä.

price quality ratio is excellent
Extremely friendly staff! You can easily recognize family business. Residence well located and it had plenty of space to accomodate 5 persons. Don't miss the breakfast at the Hotel, delicious buffet. Also the restaurant was good. Price quality ratio is excellent!

Great Apartments overlooking Lake Como
The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). What was missing was a decent coffee maker. The pool and gardens besides the residence was great. The check-in is in the main building down by the waterfront (5min walk). We had dinner down at the main hotel which was sensational. Only drawback was loud neighbours on one of the evenings. Bzut that is nothing concerning the hotel quality directly.

The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno

Ne vous fiez pas trop à la description. Un appartement avec vue sur le lac devrait se lire avec vue partielle. Une terrasse est plutôt un petit balcon, l’internet est médiocre, l’équipement de la cuisine supposément complète se limite à une plaque chauffante pas de micro-ondes, pas de grille pain pas de cafetière. Les avantages, stationnement à la porte, très bien situé.

Lovely property right in the middle of picturesque Lenno, a great location to enjoy restaurants and swim in the lake. The ferry service is only a short walk from the apartments - services to Bellagio & Varenna are frequent. The apartments are clean, comfortable & fully equipped with everything needed. The pool and garden area is fantastic for a swim & glass of wine. I would highly recommend this property for: Families & couples looking for budget friendly properties on Lake Como.

The apartment we booked was clean, spacious and it had everything that we needed. :) The sofa bed coupd have been made more comfortable cos my friend complained about being on the uncomfortable side. Fortunately, they provided extra comforters. The staff were nice and accommodating. :)

We had a very nice time staying at residence lenno. The pool was nice though I wish there were more towels available. The rooms were spacious and clean. I also liked that I could exchange currency at the main hotel front desk. That was very convenient. Overall I thought it was a good value for the price and convenient location close to shops, the ferry, and restaurants.

Good location and clean apartments
We had a very pleasant stay at these apartments. The location is great with parking available on site. The apartments were very central in Lenno and within easy walking distance of the restaurants and bars. We had a nice private balcony with access off it to the pool which was very handy for the kids. The beds were comfortable and we had enough kitchenware provided to be able to cater for ourselves when needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Check in is in Albergo Lenno hotel. If you’re without a car, go to Albergo Lenno Hotel. It is not very clear from instructions. The stay is great! The pool is awesome. There should be an email notification to guests.

Great stay.
The weather wasn’t great on our stay, but this apartment is perfect if you plan to stay for a few days when it’s nice and sunny. there’s a private pool which would’ve been nice to spend the day at, less than a half hour walk from villa del balbianello. comfortable beds, very clean, and kind staff. only downside is when we arrived at the residence lenno, we had to walk roughly 10 minutes to the hotel which OWNS the apartments. check in is not at the residence lenno building, even though it looks like there’s a front desk at the place. Would’ve appreciated the stay more if it wasn’t for the bad weather and mixed communication.

日本人の方へ 広く、内装が新しく、綺麗なホテル（というかアパートメント）でおすすめです。 フォトウェディングのため広い部屋を探していましたが、ドレスへの着替えをしても余るスペースです。清掃や備品の補充は退室までなかったので、日本人からすると気持ちが楽だと思います（笑）移動の都合上1階を選びましたが、2階以上はコモ湖の北側が見えそうです。 スタッフが不在のため、チェックイン等はレンノの船着場の目の前のアルベルゴホテルです。事前メッセージや現地のいろいろ、とても親切に対応していただけました。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！Thank you！ ホテルの話ではないですが、バス移動が大変です。ホテルまでの道が基本1本しかないので、事故等あると通行止みたいなもので、到着までかなり時間がかかりますのでご注意を。

We had a great stay at Lenno residency. The pictures are accurate but the place is even better in person. There was enough available, free parking space right in front of the apartment. Easy to find and a few good restaurant options. Our favorite was the restaurant at the hotel. Make reservations ahead of time. The ferry is a short walk away. Also check times ahead of time a book your trip sonner rather than later.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment, sehr gut gelegen. Einige Restaurants, der Kiesstrand und Fähranleger innerhalb von einigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Internet (WiFi) hat leider während dem ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert.

Fantastic stay
Lovely apartment and beautiful location that wasn’t too touristy. We weren’t expecting to have a balcony so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw we had a large one! Main positives: Very clean Great location Well sound-proofed rooms Friendly staff Main negatives: The pool was quite cold and wasn’t heated, but guests do have use of the main hotel’s pool (we didn’t use this and so cannot comment) The pool jet in the photos has been removed The negatives are extremely minor points that did not detract from our stay and we will definitely be returning!

Dejlig lejlighed i Residence Lenno. Ligger godt med indkøb og søen. Parkering af bil nemt. Køkkenet i lejligheden kan lave de mest basale ting, to kogeblus og køleskab. De mangler lidt køkkenredskaber. Ellers dejlig terrasse og poolområde. Rigtig dejligt sted.

La struttura di per sé è carina, ma purtroppo lasciata a sé stessa. Scarsa comunicazione sulle modalità di check-in che viene fatto in un posto lontano dal residence. La pulizia della camera nella media, purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati delle ragnatele sopra il letto. In tarda serata è mancata l'acqua calda, purtroppo. Il posto è comodo per vedere il lago e la villa del Balbaniello, ma per il resto c'è poco. Nel complesso la permanenza è stata piacevole grazie alla piscina esterna, ma reputo il prezzo a notte elevato per quanto riscontrato.

Établissement très propre, logement spacieux et confortable. Piscine propre et intimiste et peu fréquentée car chambre peu nombreuses. L’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel Alberto 4 étoile sur la promenade est également inclus dans le séjour. La climatisation est très appréciée en été. Cuisine équipée avec un petit nécessaire bien utile si l’on veut manger sur place. Serviettes de piscine fournies. Serviettes de bains en quantité suffisante et articles de toilette offert. Résidence calme.

Chambre pas identique au site avec balcon sur parking, à notre arrivé la chambre puée le mcdo. Nous n'avons pas été prévenu que le Chek in ne se faisait pas à l'adresse indiqué mais à l'auberge située à qques minutes, pas pratique avec un bébé à 23h30! Literie juste comfortable
