”I’ve never left a review before in my life but I felt required to. This hotel must had the thinnest walls and floors known to man kind. I’ve NEVER experience a more loud hotel in my life. The people above us- you could hear them walk. Let alone when they moved around not so silently. Then any commotion in our hall. You could hear it all. Doors opening and closing. ”I books 2 rooms and paid up front to express. but Expedia only booked 1 room for me. And I had to book another room at much higher price at my own cost when arrival. Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable.
