"The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty. One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever! "

"Perinteinen ”tervetuloa saarelle” -hotellini. Erittäin kätevä sijainti San Telmon bussiaseman vieressä: lentokentältä tulee bussilla numero 60 hetkessä ja edullisesti kohteeseen. Hotelli on kaikinpuolin mukava ja kodikas. Hotellin kahvila suorastaan viehättävä ja yläkerroksen ravintolan näkymät hyvät. "

"Staff at the hotel was seemingly unsmiling, unhappy and unfriendly. Polite, yes but still lack of customer service was clear. Felt like I was in eastern Europe 30 years back... Breakfast was not what is expected from 4 star hotel, fruits were raw, eggs cold and even coffee from the machine was not hot enough. Everything was really average or below. Double standard rooms bed was really comfortable and room spacious, good shower and minibar well equipped. Everything was really clean but it is obvious that renovation is needed at some point. Pool area ok, towels were quite old and torn, that was not very convincing. Enough beds though. Staff (life saver) by the pool was only person at the hotel who seemed to enjoy customer service, he was helpful, smiling and chatty."

"Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamupala erinomainen, vaihtelua joka aamu. Uima-altaan vesi mukavan lämmin,27 C. Altaalla olisi saanut olla enemmän aurinkotuoleja. Allasalue oli varjossa aamupäivän. Siivous oli pettymys. Siivoojat kyllä tervehtivät iloisesti, mutta siivosivat huoneen huonosti."

"Huoneemme oli todella pieni ja huoneen ainoa hylly/naulakko repsotti irti seinästä. Parvekkeelle ei mahtunut kahta ihmistä. Tyyny hajosi. Kun pyysin toista tyynyä, eli hotellista löytynyt yhtään ylimääräistä. No, askaroitiin uusi viltistä ja tyynyliinasta. Hotellissa oli siistiä ja henkilökunnasta nuori mies yritti auttaa parhaansa mukaan. Tämä huone ei ollut hintansa väärti. "
