”The staff was very accommodating due to me having to show up a day late for my reservation after missing my ferry ride. The bed however was not the most comfortable. I woke up with body aches. The phone wasn't connected at all to make a phone call to the front desk if I needed anything. There was only 1 trash in the room which was extremely small. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff.
