”Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. ”Our family had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The views are truly outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of different activities while in the area, but cooked all our meals in the room. The kitchenette is basic, but we managed just fine.
The included breakfasts were a highlight - plentiful, fresh, homemade and delicious!
We heard howler monkeys and saw toucans from the balcony!
Don’t hesitate to book this property if you want a unique, beautiful, and peaceful place to stay while touring around...

”Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking.
Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation.

”These cabins are a bird watchers paradise. We saw over 40 species from the deck of our rustic little cabin. This location is out of the way. If you are driving yourself you will need 4 wheel drive as the driveway is steep and a bit rocky. Romey will work with you to get you a ride if you need one at a fair price. ”Jardin entre Montanas is run by the sweetest, most attentive family who have created an exceptional experience for anyone staying in Bijuaga. The included breakfast was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip in Costa Rica, they helped us get taxis and tuk tuk do get around, gave us a complimentary tour of the garden (which was incredible!), and were just great all around hosts. ”The house, property and landscaping was amazing. The outdoor bed by the hot tub is covered and wonderful for napping. The view is amazing. I would definitely stay there again. The neighbors are really nice and washed our clothes. The gate made us feel safe and was easy to locate.
