Excellent breakfast with plenty of selection. Grounds were stunning and well kept. Great amount of pools to choose from with a variety of temperatures. Room was very large with a beautiful view of the volcano. A little dated but had everything you needed. Would stay again

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well.
