Regarding the room, it must be noted that rooms differ in size, view, and design depending on their type which can be found on our website or explained through the phone. We usually receive really positive feedback on the service and our staff, so your comment makes us skeptical. Anyhow, we will look into it, as it seems impossible that you were being ignored. Our hotel has been recently renovated and changes are taking place when necessary, maintaining mostly the traditional mountainous style with local wood and stone.
