”Huone oli siisti. Vanha hotelli, jota oli remontoitu mutta huonosti. Vaikea säätää suihkun lämpötilaa. Kylpyhuoneen lattia rikki, sekä päällä oleva muovimatto kuten alla oleva rakenne. Ensimmäisen kerroksen baarin äänet kuuluivat keskiyöhön huoneeseen.
Hyvä wi-fi. Aamupala ok, mutta ehkä vähän hintava. Sokkeloiset käytävät, paljon portaita.
Henkilökunta pääosin ystävällistä.”

”Every time we come back to the Royal, it never ceases to disappoint. The staff are the people who make this such a special and charming hotel. The warmest of welcomes and we were so well taken care of. Attentive and polite customer services, similar to that of Ashford Castle, that seems to be lost in many establishments these days. The only complaint we had, was that the bedroom was cold even with the small radiator up to its maximum temperature, and the fires had not been lit in the bar area...

”Great location in the shores of Loch Ard with nice rooms and beautiful garden. Swimming pool and saunas are great after walking in the hills. Aberfoyle village nearby has grocery store and places to eat. ”
