”Breakfast service was slow and arrived with missing items each time. There was little interest from staff when reporting that eggs were served with raw whites. Also due to a wedding occurring at the premises we were refused entry to the bar/restuarant without any notice.”

”Had standard room and facilities as described, clean, couple of minor issues with condition of bathroom, but everything working. Staff welcoming and helpful, food at breakfast and dinner good. Outside of hotel needs refresh, but has nice postion by waterside.”

”Couldn’t recommend Bush hotel enough! From the minute I booked to leaving the staff have been amazing! I used the venue the night before my wedding and had hair and makeup arrive early, the staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to start getting ready! Will definitely be back! ”

”The hotel was nice and modern in a convenient location. There is a pub n grill downstairs as well as a starbucks which i thought was very convenient for a good meal n some coffee. There’s also a gym with swimming n jacuzzi which however you have to pay to use despite being a paying hotel guest. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned even when we put a sign outside our door asking for it to be tidied up. The only thing that was done by housekeeping was a change of towels and that was...

”Parking was okay but we couldn't get the car charger to work. Tried 3 if them. Luckily it's a plug in hybrid so we were able to use petrol instead. Room was good. Staff very helpful. Pool nice but full of members of the club so unable to use all the facilities as the members were using them all the time. Bar was nice, food very good. Restaurant excellent.”

”We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Crown Inn. The location is perfect and easy to find, parking was simple in the car park opposite. We had the four poster room which was amazing. Very spacious and a massive bathroom too. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay ”
