”Huge resort! Staff was nice. I wish they had waitresses that walked around more at the pool. Saw a few, but never once asked if I needed a drink. Buffet wasn’t the best since they had the same things for every breakfast and dinner. ”

”We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.”

”Room was dirty, dingy and old. Bugs in the room! Did not want to touch anything!! Additionally, there wasn't a proper lock on the door, which was totally unsafe! The only reason I didn't leave, was I literally had nowhere else to stay that night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!”

”Internet was bad, lots of mosquitoes and claimed no continental breakfast because of last year Melissa storm. I felt it should have been taken off advertisement since you knew you weren't going to provide breakfast. Also, had difficulty reaching them by phone. ”

”Quite unclean bathroom and room. Bathroom sink was leaking, toilet seat had stains on it, and bathroom floor had cracks and ants. Shower was rusty and water sprayed in different directions. Room’s bed was blocking the entrance and floor had ants. Quite terrible condition ”
