Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Tuan Chaun puisto

”Paikka oli enemmän luksus, kuin mitä odotimme. Aamupala oli hyvä, palvelu erinomaista (ehkä liikaakin haluttiin tehdä asioita asiakkaiden puolesta, kuten tuoda asioita puolestasi pöytään aamupalalla) ja huone oli kiva. Huom!

”We went on an emperor cruise for 4 nights and 5 days for part of our honeymoon. It was a truly remarkable experience. Karen, Chi and the other staff made us feel special every step of the way. Their hospitality was warm, personal, kind and thorough. The ship is gorgeous, with wood spiraling staircase connecting all 4 floors, beautiful artwork with ceramics all throughout. The paintings were all done by the same artist and depicted Vietnamese scenes. It felt like a warm and inviting museum at...

”Excellent all round”

”Very well organized and super high quality cruise. Everything sorted out and thought out superbly. Food also excellent. All things considered more than great value for money. Cruise Manager Mackie one of the most competent customer service professional I have met to date. And yes i have travelled a lot;) Go there. Period.”

”担当してくれたローズが素晴らしかった！ サラは、翌朝のスイムを手配してくれてありがたい！ スタッフの接遇レベルは、日本以上！”

”Really helpful crew and very neat and clean”

”The staff make you feel at home. They are engaging, helpful and wanting to make meaningful connections. They seem like one big happy family which makes your stay so comfortable. The food is excellent. I would recommend the 3 days, 2 nights as the second day you spend time going to the southern part or Cat Ba island which is more scenic.”

”Beautifully appointed rooms. We had connecting rooms for our family and it was perfect.”

”Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen ja piti huolta koko vierailun ajan. Mielenkiintoiset ja kivat aktiviteetit. Siisti laiva ”

”Personalet, turerne”

”Nice experience ”

”The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise.”

”ハロン湾で最高の時間を過ごせました！ステキなスタッフはみな、よりよいステイになるようにと頑張ってくれています。今回は1泊２日にしましたが、次回は２泊したいと思っています。”

”The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎”
