Come and enjoy a relaxing stay just off of Route 66 in Tulsa, Oklahoma in a Historical bungalow. Just off the Midland Valley trail, you are walking distance from Downtown Tulsa, Cherry Street, Historic Route 66, and just minutes from the Gathering Place, and Brookside offering coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Play pickleball or tennis just across the street, or relax on not one but two porches. The back deck offers beautiful views of Tulsa's Skyline and Oklahoma's incredible sunsets.

This house is so cute and functional. The host clearly goes out of their way to make sure that human and canine guests are comfortable. My dogs were right at home even though this was their first time being away from home. Thank you Tracy's Pad!

Extraordinary location -- halfway between downtown and Cherry Street -- where all our weekend activities took place. Son and I even took a nice walk on Fri. night to Mayo Hotel, where activities would be next day.House was clean and very functional. Ease of entrance (although electronics on backdoor would be really helpful). Nicely decorated with moden finishes. Didnt play pickle ball or tennis, but very handy right across the street had time allowed

We spent Christmas here with our family, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly the kind of place that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, cook together, and enjoy quality time without ever feeling crowded.The kitchen was fully stocked and made holiday cooking effortless. The living areas were cozy and perfect for gathering around after long days of celebrating. Communication with the host was excellent, responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great stay.Our family made wonderful memories here, and we would absolutely stay again. Location. Location. Location. It is an overused phrase; however, this place is spectacular! If you enjoy pickleball, tennis, parks, and eating/shopping locations all within walking and/or a 5-10 minute drive, with a beautiful view of downtown - THIS is your place! The house is immaculate and has everything one could need. The host was polite and easily accessible.

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. The location is incredibly convenient, just a quick 4-minute drive to the church and the downtown reception. Pickleball courts and a playground are literally steps across the street, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet.The home itself is in excellent condition and offered plenty of space for our family. The amenities were truly above and beyond; the house is thoughtfully stocked with toys, which kept our toddler entertained for hours and made getting ready for the wedding so much easier.The host was wonderful; communication was clear, prompt, and made the entire stay effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Location was awesome. House was super cute. We happened to be there on a random cold fall night. The back of the house tends to warm up faster than the front, but there is a space heater in that front room closet. We were only there for one night to see a concert at BOK which was only a mile away. I loved the rental and wished we would have been staying a little longer to enjoy it. Recommend going to the center of the universe and Philbrook museum of Art while in Tulsa

Charming is the perfect description for this lovely house! It has everything you need for a night's stay or a week long visit! The kitchen and living room are spacious and open. The beds were so comfortable, we almost missed our checkout time!Although we didnt have kids or pets with us, the house has a few toys and essentials for both.The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. There is parking available in the driveway, but we felt good leaving our cars parked on the street in front of the house.We were in Tulsa for a concert from KC and Bentonville and the location was a quick uber to the BOK. We all kept commenting on how great the place was. Thank you for letting us stay in this cute, comfotable house.

The home itself and location of the home was perfect for what we needed for our stay, we had a concert to attend at the BOK, which was about a 3-4 minute drive from the house. The neighborhood is very active, the tennis / pickleball courts were filled with people practically the entire time we were there. The home was very clean and tidy!A few things I feel like i should note:1) The front door is not the door closest to the driveway, you do have to walk around the side of the home to get to the front door. This wasn't an issue, but i was a bit confused at first! 2) The bathroom attatched to the master bedroom has no ventilation system to it. You either leave the bathroom door open while you shower, or open the window. Unfortunately, the window faces the tennis / pickleball courts, and there was a ton of people there, so I did not feel comfortable doing that. 3) The middle bedroom (with the king size bed) could not have the fan on without having the lights on at the same time.4) The front bedroom (closest to the front door) did not have a fan in it, and that room was very warm, despite us turning down the thermostat There isnt too much yard space for pet purposes, unless you have a fairly small dog! There isn't a backyard at all. Only saying this because I know this property allows for pets to stay too. Other than the above mentioned things, our stay was great. 10/10!

Circle Cinema Film Festival

Came into town for five day film festival had an amazing time loved the Pickleball courts. This is a must stay close to downtown close to walking distance for all restaurants. Loved the soaking tub. Negatives were the King size bed was not comfy I ended up sleeping on the couch. If pickle ball rackets with balls were available it would have been the icing on the cake.

Met our needs

Overall met our needs for being in town for a couple nights for a wedding and needing multiple rooms for family. It fell short on a few things - shower heads were weird, microwave wasn’t working, ceiling fans were difficult to operate, and there were ants in the kitchen. But Hosts were easy to communicate with & helped us be prepared with bringing infants!

Charming home with amenities

Clean, decorated tastefully and was as described. We enjoyed our stay. As an extra bonus there was a high chair, books and toys for our granddaughter. Would stay here again!
