Welcome to Casa Carlota, a 3 bedroom oasis in the heart of Tulum. Offering a great balance between luxury amenities and integration with Tulum's amazing jungles, this property is sure to impress. Casa Carlota is located in one of the most sought after Tulum neighborhoods, La Valeta.

Your third story condo has everything you need to spend an amazing holiday in Tulum. Walking through the front door, you will be greeted by the main living area. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a great meal after a long day at the beach. With dining space for 6, this will be a great space to enjoy time with friends and family while sharing the memories made that day. Behind the kitchen, you'll find a full bathroom and laundry area for your added comfort and convenience. Just off the kitchen is the main living area with a flat screen TV, large windows with a great view of the pool below. A queen sized futon finishes off the living room and will allow for some extra sleeping space.

Head over the the first of 3 bedrooms. A queen bed, flat screen TV and large windows create an warm and inviting space for you to relax. There is also direct access to a terrace, a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second bedroom is equally spacious and has it's own attached full bathroom, a queen bed and access to the shared front terrace.

Awaiting you upstairs will surely be your favourite part of this amazing property! The primary bedroom is very large with it's own sitting area overlooking the nearby Tulum jungle. The large windows let in lots of natural light creating a glow that accents the hand selected decorative pieces. The queen bed and large attached bathroom create a comfortable place for you to unwind after a long day soaking up the sun. The primary bedroom also has a queen futon for extra sleeping space.

Head out the double glass doors to your own private terrace with private pool, sitting area as well as a grill for your convenience. This is surely where you will spend lazy afternoons soaking up the sun, or cooling off in the pool listening to the sound of the jungle.

Casa Carlota is located in a brand new condo development called Naab. There is a 24 hour reception, shared pool and common area should you want to meet some new travellers and share stories. Or, enjoy an evening fire with family at the shared fire pit. Create memories enjoying starlit nights, eating smores and laughing with those you love.

If it's the beach you are here for, Tulum has some of the world's best! Either by car or taxi, you're never far away from the silky sands of the beaches of the Mayan Riviera. Feeling more adventurous, we can organize a bike rental for you to use while you're visiting. Use it to head to the beach, explore Tulum's amazing shops and local restaurants. This is the BEST way to experience Tulum.

Naab has lovely amenities, including a lobby, a common area swimming pool, gym, fire pit, parking, and 24/7 security.

● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
