In one line...kiki hotel is your home away from home. With the feeling of home and the services of a hotel it is the perfect place to stay. We were there for 5 nights. The hotel has a fully functional kitchen. Clean and well equipped fridge and microwave. The location is at an ideal location. The 7/11 grocery store is a 5 min walk. With several restaurants around the area that have really good food. A bike and ATV rental is also available next to the 7/11. Moreover the host always made sure to send a promt reply. The rooftop pool is also nice however needs regular maintenance and fitering of clean water. The jets were off so there wasn't regular filtering. The concierge Mr Edgar is also a very helpful person. If you get his number and whatsapp him he will get the work done. All in all a wonderful time.

The Kiki was an excellent place for our family. We really enjoyed these small pool upstairs, which was clean and quiet. Communication was great, and all of our needs were met. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Really lovely apartment, big comfy beds, great bathrooms, amazing pool with lovely shared space. Olivier was very responsive and Edgar really helpful and was always there to sort things out and help with stuff like bikes etc. Very recommended!

The room was beautiful, clean an quiet but we had a problem with our room being too hot, the AC wasn't working and there wasn't anyobody at the property who could help us, Edgar (who was there when we checked in left a few minutes after) I called the # that appears on their website page and spoke to Oliver. He couldn't tell me exactly what to do or how long Edgar was going to take to go back and check the units for us, we had 3 small children and it was really frustrating not being able to communicate directly with someone at front desk, so keep that in mind if you have any issue dont expect someone to be at front desk. We literally had to leave the room and stay in our rental car to cool off beacause room got super hot that it was just unbearable, an hour later my husband went back to the room to grab our things because we were too tired, and needed it to find another stay, it was getting dark and we were hungry, Edgar wasn't even answering Oliver's calls so we knew we had to look for a solution ourselves. As soon as my husband turned on the AC again it started cooling, thats why we stayed. Edgar got there almost at 11pm and told us that they had the same issue that morning in another room and he just had to restar it, I wish we would've known that from the beginning so we didnt have to wait more than 6 hours. Area felt safe pool is amazing, the room like I said was beautiful but communication was poor and that made our stay terrible I'm definitely not coming back.

Hello Nataly,I would like to answer your message because I find it really hard and almost in bad faith.Indeed, our concierge had to leave the property for personal and important reasons (hence his silence on the phone). You may not have known it (although it is present on the listing) but he lives on the property. He is therefore almost 24 hours a day on the premises of our guests and always very available and accommodating.Only, I believe that you were not lucky.I actually told you :- that I understood your situation.- that it was very strange, the device was working the same morning when we did the cleaning before your arrival.- I told you that you had to be patient because I was unable to know what was going on: a problem with the electricity ? a failure of the compressor ? a bad manipulation ?. In short, our responsibility? yours?- I invited you to go and eat but you stayed: you seemed to be fine with it. In any case, if it was so unpleasant, you would have left with such small children.You admitted that your husband looked at the remote control and managed to make the air conditioning work normally.Especially since when Edgar arrived, you had gone to dinner and he noticed that you had turned the air conditioning on "heat" because everything was working normally.So you can see that we had no responsibility in this problem and that we maintained a good communication with you.In any case, thank you for your comment and don't hesitate to come to our place: we offered you a bottle of wine or special price to prove our good faith and willingness to give the best experience to our guests.Kind regards,Olivier.

The communication was good. The check in was easy and the manager Edgar was very helpful! We found the kitchen handy and used it a lot as we found Tulum super expensive to eat out as a family etc.

Loved this place. Very clean. Felt like home away from home. Edgar and Olivier were very helpful. There were bikes and scooters available for rent. It is close to the beach. I would stay there again.

Kiki Tulum was truly a great experience and stay for my friends and I! From check in to check out everything was very well communicated.
