In addition to enjoying the comfort and privacy of their apartment, Guests also have full access to the exclusive common areas of the rooftop, ideal for relaxing, socializing or simply enjoying the views of Tulum.

- Fully equipped barbecue area, ideal for preparing barbecues and outdoor dinners.

These areas are available to all building residents and are designed to offer a complete experience of rest, comfort and style in the heart of Tulum.
Other things to note
Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this continuous evolution may present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or work in progress in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to help you and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Also, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in several areas of Tulum.

Exclusive access to our beach club

As a guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 of the Tulum hotel zone, one of the most beautiful places on the coast.

Beach Club Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Restaurant: Open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
