”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”

”There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. I drove around in a taxi, quite a while, trying to find it. But once you got in to the property, it was a funky, older Building It reminded me of a place where I went on a yoga...

”Room was ok, really big, and there was nice kitchen. Room was clean when we arrived. Hotel have also nice rooftop pool area. But the room is most noyciest room ever! Its located just next to Carmens biggest and loudest bar area. We are a young couple, who also like to party sometimes, but at this place you just can't sleep before they stop partying 2am. And then 6:30 there is a diving center just in front of your room and they start to prepairing their trips and you will wake again. Room...

"Cenote was great and the hotel itself was fantastic and absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was very forgetting and cold. We had to call to the receptionist to come and fix out fridge, our phone and the water wasn't running. For a 5 star hotel these things are unexpectable. We felt like the staff didn't care about anything. Didn't really take my allergies seriously and were quite odd. Also if you are light sleeper don't stay here because the music from the beach clubs were extremely loud and you can hear them. But the hotel itself was so pretty"
