”The property is exactly as advertised. It is a bargain for its location, just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and from the beach in the very nice and modern Colonia Zazhil-Ha. There are some very nice outdoor spaces, a plunge pool, and the room is well appointed comfortable. There’s a Roku TV, a coffeemaker, refrigerator, hot plate, breakfast bar, AC, even a book shelf with books. when you’re in Playa, you probably won’t spend much time in your room, but it’s nice to have a comfy, affordable option...

”La dueña fue muy amable y dispuesta, sin embargo la descripcion de la habitacion no era correcta porque no era cama king size sino matrimonial. aunque si decia la descripción que era ventilador el calor era demasiado agobiante y no pudimos dormir. La parte central comun muy bonita y práctica ”

”The casa Lus is a lovely little hotel. We had a beautiful Balcony with lots of chairs and loungers.The room had a fridge and a microwave. There was a lovely area to lay in the sun and watch the ocean . There was a beach club Casa del Mar was located close by where you can order drinks and delicious Mexican food. The staff was very accommodating which made our stay very nice . The sunsets on the beach was spectacular. We highly recommend Casa Lus ”

”It is our first time on Isla Mujeres and we stayed here for 5 nights. All of the staff were wonderful and kind. Our room (standard room #4) was large, bright, and clean! Unfortunately the bed was a quite hard and I would not want to have slept on it longer than we did. It was also incredibly loud with people passing by on their scooters and golf carts, but only from around 9am to 9pm. The rooftop view was stunning, and I appreciated the 12-15 minute walk into town along the seawall. All in all...

”very clean. beautiful views. quiet as it’s set further away down tulum party beach zone. free beach access through ether but minimum $30 usd min spend to use beds/pool etc. didn’t use these and chose to seek out more lively beach clubs.”

”Todo genial! Desde la recepción con Laura que nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar es cómodo, tiene una pequeña piscina, la habitación tenía refri, micro, una parrilla, trates, super bien! Lo único y es una cosa mínima es que la regadera no salía mucha agua y la que salía mojaba todo menos a mí, pero se soluciona fácil. Está un poquito retirado del centro pero tiene cerca dos supermercados. Personalmente amé el lugar. P.D. la aplicación no me dejó agregar fotos 😕”

”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”

”Nice and cozy place for a few nights. Some traffic noice starting early in the morning and a dog that barks days and nights on the roof of the next house. TV didn't work and they offered another room for us but we as had just unpacked our suitcases we didn't have much energy for packing and moving again because of TV. Breakfast was ok, not super but ok. Wifi worked most of the time.”

”It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful.”

”Room was ok, really big, and there was nice kitchen. Room was clean when we arrived. Hotel have also nice rooftop pool area. But the room is most noyciest room ever! Its located just next to Carmens biggest and loudest bar area. We are a young couple, who also like to party sometimes, but at this place you just can't sleep before they stop partying 2am. And then 6:30 there is a diving center just in front of your room and they start to prepairing their trips and you will wake again. Room...

”The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....
