It’s a 5-minute walk to the MM Carducci Molinette stop, from which you can reach the historic center. The property is also very close to Molinette Hospital and the Cellini Clinic. Each unit is named after a planet in the Solar System and is equipped with every comfort to ensure a pleasant stay

The space

The30-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a charming historic building in the Carducci/Molinette area. PLEASE NOTE: There are internal stairs leading to the sleeping area on the loft.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA: with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table.

- SLEEPING AREA: located on the loft, equipped with a double bed and a desk. Please note: the ceiling height is limited.

- KITCHENETTE: equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination electric oven, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.

- BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

- OTHER AMENITIES: independent heating, air conditioning (1 split unit), unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, and hair dryer.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Turin Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
