A modern ground-floor apartment of approximately 65 square meters, equipped with every amenity for 3 people. The apartment is located in a very quiet building in the Lingotto neighborhood, just a short walk from the Lingotto Exhibition Center. The area is well-served by public transportation: in addition to the subway, just 750 meters away, there is the Torino Lingotto train station and several city bus lines that allow you to easily reach the city center and visit all the attractions of the Piedmontese capital.<br><br><br><br><br><br>The 65-square-meter apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via a ramp leading to the building’s common area. The apartment is located at number 21.<br><br> The apartment consists of:<br><br>KITCHENETTE: with refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop (4 burners), conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, manual juicer, table with chairs and kitchen utensils, split A/C;<br><br>BEDROOM: equipped with a comfortable double bed and walk-in closet, split A/C;<br><br>LIVING ROOM: with a single sofa bed, TV (32 inches), and split A/C.<br><br>BATHROOM: equipped with a shower, bidet, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. <br><br>Our guests will have access to an iron and ironing board, a washing machine in the designated utility room, independent heating with heat pumps, and a water heater in the utility room for hot water.<br><br><br><br>Note: For long-term stays (longer than 30 days), linens will be collected by the cleaning service every 15 days at most. <br><br>Once the linens have been picked up, the guest may choose:<br><br>- to use their own;<br><br>- to have them replaced; in this case, there is a charge of 15€ for a double set, and 8€ for each additional set.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official Alloggiati Web website:<br><br><br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
