”Overall I enjoyed my stay, but there were a couple things that affected my experience. At the Torote buffet, there were a couple times when my table seemed to be overlooked while dining alone. I wasn’t offered drinks or basic table setup unless I specifically asked, while nearby tables were being attended to normally. ”Great spot. Amazing views and very nice accommodations. Only issue is they blasted music 8pm -2am on a Saturday and no one would sleep. Wayyyy too late and too loud!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. ”

”Excellent room with fantastic ocean view. Ongoing construction of the main garden and new restaurant is extremely noisy. Wish we knew this before booking. Also, main entrance to the complex from the highway lacks lighting and it is on a dangerous bend. ”
