Lomakeskukset – Turkin rannikko

”My encounter with the staff was impeccable. Victoria and Ceyhan from Guest Relations went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Ibrahim and Nur skillfully crafted my cocktails at the bar. Zekiye was my housekeeper and she cleaned to perfection and provided me with extra comfort with a smile. Edward gave me a tour of the accommodation and ensure my stay was spectacular. Bayram from the kitchen made sure I was well fed and didn't want for anything, but...

”Facilities are five star, the staff isn’t. Unpolite service and they don’t bother to handle complaints”

”Siisti hotelli ihanalla ja ystävällisellä henkilökunnalla.”

”Had an amazing time with my family! ❤️ The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. It’s an amazing place for both families and adults, especially because they have separate areas dedicated to adults. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it! ✨”

”Tosi hyvä henkilökunta, ruoka, limak lara on merkki hotelli. Ihan kaikki oli paras. Lapsi perheelle varsinkin loistava paikka”

”We stayed for a week at Crystal de luxe. It was a family vacation with two kids 6 and 7 yrs old. We booked this hotel mainly because of the positive ratings. Positive things: - food was great - free hammam was nice - family room was good for us since kids had their own "room within a room" - water slides were a big hit with kids Would like to improve: - sometimes some of the service staff had a "i am just working here" attitude. However this was not consistent and some of the staff were...

Paljon turkkilaisia,...

”Everything and everyone here is truly up to the mark. Nirvana exceeded our expectations in every way. The food, entertainment, service, and especially the staff were all exceptional. We are a newly married couple without kids, and initially we were a little hesitant when we heard that Nirvana is a family resort. We had actually been looking at adults only resorts, wondering if a family resort would be the right fit for us. I’m genuinely glad we ended up choosing Nirvana because we never once...

”Kaikki toimii kuin rasvattu.”

”Maisemat upeat.Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ruoka hyvää ja monipuolista. Huoneet siistit ja puhtaat. Uima-allas alue vaatisi suursiivouksen.”

”We had the best time as a family with 2 young children, 4months & 2yrs (nearly 3!). Our toddler loved every day - from the moment he woke up to falling asleep thinking about their next day activities. The crèche/children’s centre is well equipped - so many toys! Children are looked after by a wonderful team. We stayed with our little one but the staff interacted with them & included them in all the activities. There’s even a cinema room for them to enjoy in the evenings! Our baby wasn’t left...

”Was perfect for our mini break. Only a short travel time from the airport. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Lovely beach with clear sea and lots of different areas of loungers. A panoramic view from our room just like the picture. Massage was great too. Thank you.”
