The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"We only stayed the one night as we were getting an early flight at the airport. Our room was clean but very dated with most things needing replacement. Parking was limited. The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful."

"The hotel did not live up to its 4-star rating. The bar was closed when we returned after dinner (11 pm) to have a drink. The coffee machine was cleaned so no coffee available. The drinking chocolate machine broken down so manually made with water. The sauna was barely warm and no steam room. One ..."
