”So there was an incident while my wife was drying her hair w/ the hair dryer, the electrical fuse burned out. It destroyed her hair dryer. And it was a regular hair dryer. Not some fancy one needing more power than usual. The maintenance guy who was working at the time helped us out immensely. He even helped us communicate with the front desk in getting us a new room. ”The property and the room was exactly how I expected. The room has clean. Floors were spotless. Bed was super comfortable walking up to your room is disability friendly where there is a ramp if you are handicap. The lighting is a little dark for those visually impaired, but it works fine for me once I turned everything on#legallyblind to it is a great place to bring your partner a lot of opportunities for a lot of different experiences if you know what I mean.”

”Be aware, this property allows pets and places pets in with the general population. On the third night of a three-night stay, we returned to our room to find a barking dog next door. When we complained, the night manager said the offending guest had the right to stay there even with a barking dog. Although she eventually moved the dog to a different location, it took a lot of effort on our part to get her to act. If the hotel wants to accomodate pet owners, it should have a policy that pet...

”Requested a room with a walk in shower as I have a broken foot and am wearing a walking boot. Was told none were available but online through the hotels own website it showed they were and were bookable for my entire stay. Rude front desk staff. Probably will never stay there again. This hotel has gone down hill for sure”
