”The pool and room are great. It would be better if you had more options for snacks and food at the front desk. Guests dont want to walk over to the casino late night for food. Not everything is open 24-7.”

”The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

”Hotel was clean, bright and well kept. The breakfast was decent. They have a waffle maker which was nice. The other items like eggs and sausage seemed like premade heat and serve and were not the best. But there was fruit and a great selection of teas and coffee 24 hours. The staff were kind and helpful. ”The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.”

Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.”

”Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”

”Hampton Inn is always something you can count on. Good service, clean and comfortable rooms and good location. This one has a bit limited surroundings but it did have a nice restaurant next door. Hampton Inns are our best partner when travelling long distances. Thank you!”

”The front desk was very nice The room smelt like cheap cologne, the shower was soooo small. The water was warm, but I kept my slides on.... The bed was comfy, but the bedding was stained and very dirty The cops were there when we left, and someone was banging another door down at 4am”

”I hate to leave bad reviews, but the premises were dirty, there was only one person working in the whole place, and the room smelled awful. Our couch had tears across the cushions, nails/screws/stains across the walls. Not good.”

”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
