”I booked for 3 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. It was a disaster from the time arrived. I had confirmation that I had a parking space reserved only to be told that there wasn’t one when I arrived. They told me check in was at 3pm. I went back at 3.30pm and they said my room wasn’t ready. I finally checked in at 3.50pm. My room was on the 3rd floor. The lift was out of service. I had to climb 3 floors with luggage and 2 young kids and not to mention I have a mobility...

”The room and shower were spotless. It had everything you needed even a fridge and a microwave. The lady who greeted us on Friday afternoon was very lovely and helpful. Our room was out the back of the property so was very quiet of road noise. You could here other rooms tv above but only when it was silent. The room didn't have a fan, although we didn't need one, if we had been staying a third night I'm sure we would have done due to it being so hot this weekend. Otherwise it was a fantastic...

”Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired.”

The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything...
