”Fantastic couple of nights away at this great hotel. Amenities were excellent, everything was well thought-out and designed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. But the staff were really what made the weekend a truly fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful, and clearly focussed on ensuring that everything was just right. Cannot fault anything from the weekend and we'll definitely return.”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...
