”Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.”

”This property met our multigenerational group needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Close proximity to shops and a delightful nature reserve. The property needs a fair bit of repair. Broken floor tiles and fronts coming off cupboards. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay, but it jarred a bit with me.”

"Nice, clean room and hotel. 4 start standard. Some staff were amazing, but some were not. Minus point for not giving water to guests. I asked and they said that the tap is ok to drink. Great location for Gatwick. "
